Nearly 2 million American workers report having been victims of workplace violence each year. A webinar presented by KPA will show how dealers can reduce the chances of a workplace violence situation occurring at your workplace, set for Jan. 30 at 1-2 p.m. (EST).
According to a press release, KPA’s Gregory Arace and Kelly Pinkerton will conduct the session.
Attendees will learn:

- How to protect yourself against an aggressor.

Arace is a KPA HR consultant with 17-plus years of human resources experience, ranging in areas from recruitment, benefits, training and development to employee relations. He has a bachelor’s of arts in english/journalism from Adams State University in Alamosa, Colo.
Pinkerton is also a KPA HR consultant with an undergraduate degree is in organizational leadership and business. Prior to KPA, she was the payroll manager at a prominent bank in Ohio and has 10-plus years of experience managing payroll and an HRIS system.
