KPA Webinar to Explain Paid Workers Time Off

KPA, in conjunction with the Mike Molino RV Learning Center, will host a webinar on June 14 examining the differences between PTO, vacation, sick, and other types of leave and how to create an effective policy concerning paid time off.

According to a press release, the free session is set to run 1-2 p.m. (EDT) and will be hosted by KPA’s Brianna Stashak and Gregory Arace.

Stashak is an HR consultant and has six-plus years of experience in HR management consulting. Before joining the KPA team, she specialized in healthcare HR. She holds a bachelor’s in workforce psychology and SHRM-CP certification.

Arace is also an HR consultant with 17-plus years of human resources experience, ranging in areas from recruitment, benefits, training and development to employee relations. He has a bachelor’s in english/journalism from Adams State University in Alamosa, Colo.
