SSI: Motorhome Sales Drop 2.6% During March

Year-over-year motorhome registrations dipped 2.6% in March while sales rose 7.9% for the first quarter, according to the latest report from Statistical Surveys Inc. Thor Industries Inc. ranked as the motorhome sales leader year-to-date with a 23.1% market share followed by Winnebago Industries Inc. (18.5%) and Tiffin Motorhomes Inc. (11.5%). Uncertain Economy Signals Coast 1Q Net Loss

Aftermarket supplier Coast Distribution System Inc. reported a net loss on lower sales for its first quarter ended March 31.
