Northgate Converts Texas Site into Jellystone Park

Hughes Autoformer has developed a new RV power solution that offers full surge protection along with low voltage boosting. The product, which also features a full panel show of shore power diagnostics, generates 2,400 joules of surge protection in the 30-amp model, and 4,800 joules in the 50-amp unit. Protective Life Corp. has reached an agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary, Protective Life Insurance Co., to acquire the Pompano Beach, Fla.-based USWC Holding Company and its affiliated operating subsidiaries via a stock purchase agreement. Historical flooding in Louisiana earlier this month swept away homes, cars and possessions — but not the positive attitudes of some local RV park owners. RVDA: OSHA Heightens Fines on Safety Violations

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rolled out much stiffer fines for workplace safety violations this month, according to a report by the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA). The new fine structure imposes substantial maximum penalties, which have increased 78% over previous fines. In addition, OSHA will adjust the amounts annually based on the Consumer Price Index. Nautilus Shower Door Passes Flammability Testing

Keenly aware that motorized RV manufacturers need to differentiate through added value, Stoett Industries recently submitted its Nautilus retractable shower door to stringent flammability testing, according to a press release.
