Giant RV is expanding with a new location in Downey, Calif., scheduled to open in October. “Giant RV is expanding operations in the southern California market with the addition of a new state-of-the-art facility,” stated Vice President of Operations Mike Murphy. Occupancy at Kampgrounds of America Inc.’s (KOA) nearly 500 campgrounds across North America was up nearly 2% over last year during Father’s Day weekend, according to numbers released by KOA. The increase continues a record trend for KOA campgrounds in 2017. Winnebago Reports 75% Gain in Sales During 3Q

Forest City, Iowa-based Winnebago Industries Inc. reported a 75.1% increase in revenue during its fiscal 2017 third quarter ended May 27, 2017, lifted by the company’s acquisition of towable builder Grand Design Recreational Vehicles Co. completed last November.
