S.D. Bill would Forbid ‘Nomadic RVers’ Voting

Newly introduced legislation seeks to reduce the influence of nomadic recreational vehicle owners on South Dakota elections. The Rapid City Journal reported that Sen. Spartan Motors Issues Preliminary 4Q Results

Spartan Motors Inc. today (Feb. 10) announced preliminary financial results for its fourth quarter. The Charlotte, Mich.-based engine builder expects fourth quarter revenue of approximately $140 million, higher than previous guidance of $130 – $135 million. Management also projects a fourth quarter 2015 operating loss of approximately $10 million versus prior guidance of an operating loss of approximately $3 million. Allison Reports Declines in 4Q Earnings, Sales

Indianapolis-based Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. is reporting net income of $182.3 million in 2015, down from $228.6 million the previous year. The company says lower demand in the global off-highway and defense end markets contributed to the decrease. Allison also reported fourth-quarter net income of $13 million, down from $50.5 million during the same period in 2014. PRVCA is Hosting 2 Xantrex Training Sessions
