Keystone Adding Two Plants at Goshen Complex

In response to strong demand for its products, Keystone RV Co. announced that it has broken ground for the construction of two new manufacturing plants. According to a press release, the two plants, totaling 200,000 square feet, will be located on the south side of Keystone’s Goshen, Ind., campus. Senate Votes to Count Outdoor Segment in GDP

The United States Senate passed the Outdoor Recreation Jobs and Economic Impact Act in a unanimous and bipartisan vote Monday (Nov. 28) evening. Consumer Confidence Roars Back in November

Americans’ optimism about the economy came roaring back in November, hitting a nine-year high as the economy heads into the key holiday shopping season. As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the Conference Board said Tuesday (Nov. 29) its index of consumer confidence jumped to 107.1 in November after dropping to an upwardly revised 100.8 in October. Thor Reporting Record Revenue, Income for 1Q

Thor Industries Inc. today (Nov. 28) reported record first-quarter net income of $78.7 million, or $1.49 per diluted share, on record revenues of $1.71 billion for the first quarter ended Oct. 31. Totals reflected Jayco Inc.’s contributions during the quarter, which Thor acquired on July 1.
