Class A retail sales continued to trend flat while C’s motored higher in November, as overall motorhome registrations edged up 1.3% while the segment showed a 12.3% gain year-to-date. RVIA: Nov. Shipments up 26.9%; Best on Record

Deliveries to retailers of all RVs were reported at 34,670 units in the November survey of manufacturers by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA), representing a 26.9% increase from the same month last year. This was the largest November total on record and represented a seasonally adjusted annual rate of more than 425,000 units. Winnebago Industries Inc. today (Dec. 21) posted a 37.2% increase in net income for its fiscal 2017 first quarter, ended Nov. 26, driven by improved performance in the company’s towable division.
