Lippert Components Inc. (LCI) announced that it will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for its new beam processing center, located on a 10-acre site in the Lippert Components manufacturing complex in Goshen, Ind. Year-over-year towable retail registrations grew 9.4% for the first two months of 2018, driven by gains in the travel trailer and fifth-wheel segments. The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) is asking its members who import from China to review whether those products and materials are included under a new proposed 25% tariff announced Tuesday (April 3) by the United States Trade Representative (USTR). The list of products and materials represents $50 billion worth of goods.
