RVIA: Shipments Dip in May; Up 6% Year to Date

Wholesale shipments of all RVs were reported at 33,467 units in the May survey of manufacturers, 5.8% lower than a year ago. Despite the year-over-year dip, May represented the fourth consecutive month this year in which shipments topped 30,000 units. Winnebago Reports 7.6% Rise in Revenue for 3Q

Forest City, Iowa-based Winnebago Industries Inc. today (June 25) reported an increase in net income on a 7.6% gain in sales for the company’s fiscal third quarter, ended May 30. Revenues for the third quarter were $266.5 million versus $247.7 million for the fiscal 2014 period. SSI: Motorhome Sales Enjoy 9.7% Gain For April

April motorhome retail registrations rose 9.7% compared to the same period a year ago while sales for the four months grew 11.2%. According to the latest report by Statistical Surveys Inc.
