Hunt to Manage Customer Service for Aqua-Hot

Hydronic heating and hot water systems manufacturer Aqua-Hot has named Troy Hunt as its customer service manager.

In the position, Hunt will lead the customer service teams to “consistently exceed customer expectations, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty,” a press release stated. He will also deliver customer feedback to other departments within the company, improving support, services and products, while directing initiatives and strategy to build next generation customer support programs.

“Building a world class customer service organization, making customer service a brand differentiator for Aqua-Hot, and improving efficiency and effectiveness by updating systems, processes and procedures are my main goals in this position,” said Hunt.

Hunt has previously served as senior manager, global customer care operations, at Belkin International Inc. and as customer service manager at Constant Contact.

Aqua-Hot System is Standard on TMC Tuscany

Aqua-Hot Heating Systems announced that motorhome manufacturer Thor Motor Coach has selected the Aqua-Hot 400D Hydronic Heating System for its flagship line of motorhomes, the all-new 2013 Tuscany diesel pushers. Foretravel’s Nimbus Now Offers Aqua-Hot 450

Foretravel Motorcoach is now offering the Aqua-Hot 450 hydronic heating system on its Nimbus coach line. According to a press release, the Aqua-Hot 600 is already available on Foretravel’s IH and Phenix models.

The self-contained Aqua-Hot 450 is able to use power from three different sources: recycled heat from the engine while driving, shore power when available and diesel fuel anytime. Aqua-Hot Redesigns Site, Targeting New Markets

Looking to expand its reach into new markets, Aqua-Hot Heating Systems has redesigned its website,  www.aquahot.com.

According to a press release, the new site offers information on the company’s hydronic systems available for RVs and UTVs, street rods, farm tractors and construction equipment. It also covers new product introductions, including boat, long-haul truck and work trailer applications.

More Monaco Coaches Carry Aqua-Hot Systems

Aqua-Hot hydronic heating systems are now available on additional luxury motorhome models from Monaco RV LLC, according to a press release.

The Aqua-Hot 400 comes standard on the 2012 Monaco Diplomat and Holiday Rambler Endeavor motorhome lines while the Monaco Dynasty is equipped with the Aqua-Hot 600. The Fort Lupton, Colo.-based company said systems also are available on several 2011 motorhome models, including the Monaco Signature, Dynasty and Camelot, as well as the Holiday Rambler Navigator and Scepter.

“Many customers ask if the Aqua-Hot is available on our RVs,” said Laura Fry, Monaco sales and marketing specialist. “They love the system and would not purchase a motorhome without it.
