RVDA’s Online Job Board Aids RV Industry

The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) recently launched an interactive job board at RVcareers.org.  With a focus on RV industry companies, the site offers RV employees and the RV industry at large an easy-to-use and highly targeted resource for online employment connections, according to an RVDA news release.

Links to RVCareers.org are also available at the RVDA and RV Learning Center websites.

“RVDA realizes that many employees and companies are going through a tough period right now and this service to job seekers can help them transition to new positions and remain in the RV industry, ” said RVDA President Mike Molino.  “The RVDA board of directors approved this new initiative to help companies retain and recruit top talent.  The job board can help the industry prosper when the economy improves.”

For job seekers, RVCareers.org is a free service that provides access to employers and jobs in the RV industry.  In addition to posting their resumes, job seekers can browse and view available jobs based on their criteria and save those jobs for later review if they choose. Job seekers can also create a search agent to provide e-mail notifications of jobs that match their criteria.

Both dealers and their industry business partners can use RVCareers.org to reach qualified candidates.  Employers can post jobs online, search for qualified candidates based on specific job criteria, and create an online resume agent to e-mail qualified candidates daily.  They also benefit from online reporting that provides job activity statistics.

RVDA developed RVCareers.org in partnership with Boxwood Technology Inc., the leading provider of career center services for the association industry, and the only such provider endorsed by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).  In addition to hosting full-featured online career centers, Boxwood also provides technical support, customer service, accounting, content management and ongoing product development.
