Middlebury, Ind.-based EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC announced the addition of a new 340RK rear kitchen floorplan to its line of Bay Hill fifth-wheels, according to a press release.
Distinctive for its rear kitchen design featuring a full breakfast bar with raised seating, corner range with full commercial hood and a full-sized kitchen pantry with etched glass doors, the new 340RK is the perfect choice for couples and families who love to entertain from the kitchen.
The 340RK also offers pullout cabinet trays in the kitchen, all accented by the centerpiece bar with a rich Corian countertop. Nestled next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats four alongside a fireplace heater with an entertainment center above.
The distinctive interior design continues midcoach with an open, banister staircase leading to a private 36-inch hallway to the master bedroom and full bath. EverGreen said that the open staircase design “provides true, residential spaciousness to the living room.”
“Our newest Bay Hill rear kitchen floorplan has all the cooking and entertainment amenities for those families who always end up in the kitchen,” said EverGreen President Mark Boessler, noting the Bay Hill 340RK began shipping in June. “We’ve tried to wrap up all the suggestions from our cooking customers who love to entertain in the new 340 rear kitchen.”
Dymon Farrer, general manager of the Lifestyle Luxury RV and EverGreen fifth-wheel divisions, added, “From overstuffed theater seating that reclines, to a big recliner in the corner for grandpa, this is a real family oriented fifth-wheel.”
The new Bay Hill 340RK can sleep five easily with optional king bed, hide-a-bed and sleeper sofa. The massive, standard slideout master bedroom features a queen bed, 60-inch dresser, large wardrobe that is prepped for a washer and dryer, sliding glass master wardrobe and two corner shelves.
Middlebury, Ind.-based EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC reported that dealers of its new Bay Hill fifth-wheel are experiencing brisk sales as the product has been well received by consumers nationwide.
“Many of our dealers are experiencing quick turns and can’t keep the Bay Hill product on their lots,” said EverGreen President Mark Boessler in a press release. “Our new 295 rear lounge floorplan allows five adults to comfortably recline, relax and watch sports and movies. Like all our Bay Hill fifth-wheels, it’s priced competitively for a fully equipped luxury fifth-wheel.”
The streetside slideout in the rear lounge area of the Bay Hill 295RL features two, side-by-side, theater seat recliners next to a residential-style stainless steel double door refrigerator/freezer. The curbside slideout has a dinette table with chairs that seat two, and a corner-mounted entertainment center with sound system, big screen TV and fireplace heater. A 90-inch residential reclining sofa in the rear of the coach seats three comfortably.
The island kitchen configuration offers a double stainless steel sink, Corian countertops and an optional stainless dishwasher built into the island. As in the entire Bay Hill line, the kitchen is fully equipped with a power exhaust range hood with light, stainless three burner range with oven, stainless steel microwave oven and no-slam kitchen drawer guides.
The bathroom is located mid-coach with a privacy door separate from the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom suite has a slideout bed system that can accept an optional 74-inch by 80-inch king sized bed. The bedroom slideout frees up space for easy access to a 60-inch dresser, plenty of shelving and a large wardrobe with etched glass doors. An additional wardrobe is prepped for a stacked washer and dryer.
The EverGreen Bay Hill fifth-wheel line was introduced by EverGreen RV in late 2012 and is available in five floorplans ranging from 29 to 38 feet long. Additional floor plans are in the planning stages for introduction in late 2013.
