Keystone RV Co.’s Bullet ultralight division set a company record when the Bullet dealers retailed 600 units in July. According to a press release, Bullet is the first Keystone ultralight product division to reach this milestone.
“We thank our dealers for helping us achieve this level of growth,” said Bullet Product Manager Brian Hyde. “When we launched the Bullet product line our goal was to create a luxury lightweight unlike anything the industry had seen before. We focused on features, interior and exterior style and weight. The enthusiasm our dealers and customers have shown as indicated by July results confirms that we are on the right track. The Bullet product team has been hard at work based on feedback from dealers and retail customers.”
Bullet will debut four new island kitchen floorplans in the Premier line at the Elkhart County RV Open House next week. All will incorporate a “segment first” 46-inch LED TV. “Island kitchens are hot right now and we made them even more spectacular by adding 46-inch TVs,” said Hyde. “These new models deliver a product that is not a me-too.”
Another upgrade timed for Open House is the addition of full-depth slides in all Bullet floorplans 24-feet in length and above. Deeper slides enhance the openness of the interior while allowing for larger sofas and dinettes. “This is one of the ways we will continue to keep Bullet ahead of the field,” said Hyde.
Bullet is also focusing on fine-tuning its Pendleton, Ore., production and will soon debut some unique features to the western-built Bullet models as well as several new western-built floorplans. According to Hyde, “Our Bullet sales in the western states have grown significantly this year.”
Seven new and enhanced Bullet and Bullet Premier models will be on display at the Keystone RV Open House, Sept. 17-19 at the RV/MH Hall of Fame.
