Hoping to capitalize on the strong attendance during the early show season, the 20th Annual Central Jersey RV Show is slated to run April 27-29 at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel.
According to a press release, in addition to brand-name inventory on display from Central New Jersey’s most prominent RV dealers, the show will feature the newest product innovations and accessories, as well as many outdoor-related products and services.
“RVers recognize that a family vacation in a recreational vehicle still costs significantly less than flying somewhere, renting a vehicle and staying in a motel,” said Walter Hynes, general manager of Scott Motor Coach Sales in Lakewood, which is participating in the annual event.
Hynes said that manufacturers are also “right-sizing” their products to provide the best mix of size, amenities and pricing for the budget-conscious consumer. Many products are lighter in weight and incorporate ‘green’ technologies, as well as being more fuel-efficient.
The Central Jersey RV Show is offering free admission to attendees bringing a nonperishable food item to donate to the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
“We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to give back to such a worthy cause,” said Hynes. “The Foodbank provides thousands of meals and groceries on a daily basis to families and individuals in need — and that need has grown tremendously in the last few years.”
Hours for the show are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 888-657-8332 or visit www.nj-rv-shows.com.
Just as the RV season shifts into high gear, the Central New Jersey RV Show offers RV enthusiasts all the latest innovations and great bargains on all types of recreational vehicles, according to a news release.
Located at Exit 116 on the Garden State Parkway, the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel is the perfect venue to view a selection of motorhomes, fifth-wheels, travel trailers, expandables and toy haulers.
“This show has always been our favorite place to check out the latest features and technologies you find in today’s amazing RVs,” says Mark Heatherly, an RV owner who found the perfect model for his family last year at the show. “We bring the whole family, plus our friends, since we love to see all the cool changes made every year.”
No longer a niche lifestyle, RVing is actually a less expensive way to vacation with the family compared to the rising costs of flying somewhere, renting vehicles and staying in motels.
The Central Jersey RV Show itself is also a bargain, offering a chance for the RV community to enter absolutely free when they bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean counties.
“We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to give back to such a worthy cause,” said Walter Hynes, general manager at Scott Motor Coach Sales in Lakewood, N.J., one of the dealers participating in the yearly event. “The Foodbank provides thousands of meals and groceries, on a daily basis, to families and individuals in need — and that need has grown tremendously in the last few years.”
Show dates are April 30-May 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
