An Ohio-based RV dealer is teaming up with a nationally known automotive customer review website in an effort to provide potential buyers with a more transparent purchasing experience.
Today (April 15), officials at Dave Arbogast RV Depot, Troy, Ohio, learned they had been approved to become the first RV dealership in the country to be certified under popular customer review website DealerRater.com’s Certified Dealer program, according to a news release.
“It’s very exciting,” said Blake Arbogast, Internet manager for Dave Arbogast. “We already utilize it (DealerRater) daily for our automotive dealership and it’s been a very useful tool for not only our sales team, but our customers as well.”
Founded in 2002, DealerRater was the first car dealer review website to hit the Internet. The free-to-use website allows users to search for car dealerships, read current reviews, write their own and find car deals. Dealers are rated on the criteria of customer service, quality of work, friendliness, price and overall experience. They also have the option to recommend a dealer and leave a descriptive review.
“We are so pleased to welcome Dave Arbogast RV Depot as the first RV dealer in our Certified Dealer program,” said Chip Grueter, president at DealerRater. “We wish them great success in connecting with our DealerRater community and demonstrating their commitment to quality customer service.”
Receiving notification about being allowed to utilize the customer review website also came at the perfect time for the team at Arbogast as they’re currently putting the final touches on a new website for their RV department.
“We’re very much looking forward to seeing what the future brings,” Arbogast said. “DealerRater is going to allow us to be more transparent with our RV customers by providing them with a hassle free way to access our customer reviews.”
