DewDrop utility trailerFamily-owned DewDrop Trailers Inc., Troy, Mich., recently introduced a lightweight utility trailer designed to be hauled behind just about anything — including small RVs. The 7 1/2-foot DewDrop trailer features a steel frame, fiberglass sidewalls, a light-weight rear fiberglass hatch and variable axles that can be raised or lowered. The trailer will hold 850 pounds in 40 cubic feet of unobstructed storage space. ”It’s just a little smaller for today’s smaller cars,” said DewDrop President Cullen Tate. ”It’s small enough to be hauled by a SmartCar but big enough to carry a washing machine.” MSRP: $2,795. When an optional environmentally friendly soy resin finish, is added, the ¬†MSRP goes to $3,495.
