Florida Grande Motor Coach Resort, an exclusive Class A motorcoach resort located in Webster, Fla., 45 miles west of Orlando, has announced that Bella Terra Realty Holdings LLC (BTRH) was selected to manage the luxury RV resort community.
The company began managing the property when it was purchased out of bankruptcy in December, according to a news release.
The initial 215-lot construction phase of Florida Grande Motor Coach Resort was completed in April 2008. The second 284-lot phase of the resort’s development is expected to begin in the coming months. BTRH is positioned to create and execute a successful marketing and sales campaign armed with planned capital improvements to the property including landscaping, furnishing the clubhouse and the construction of 119 phase two lots.

Florida Grande Motor Coach Resort rests on 275 acres and features a spacious 20,000-square-foot. clubhouse with the Grande Gathering Room measuring 5,400 square feet, billiards and cards room, multiple recreation rooms, full kitchen and a 2,500-square-foot heated all-season swimming pool. An option for lot owners of the resort is a Grande Suite adjacent to their concrete pads. The suites are 12 feet by 32 feet Key West-style buildings that include a full-size bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, ceramic tile floors, double pane vinyl windows, a PTAC heating and air conditioning unit, interior painting and golf cart storage space.
