Guaranty RV Super Centers, one of the nation’s largest RV dealerships, has expanded its Junction City, Ore., facilities with the addition of the Guaranty RV Travel Center. Perhaps the most unique travel center in the United States. The new facility offers a convenient collection of goods and services specifically for the RV traveler — with a few twists.
“We constantly strive to do what’s best for our customers and our community. So, we’re excited about this expansion, building something that’s truly beneficial for folks traveling through our area,” said Shannon Nill, general manager of Guaranty RV Super Centers in a release. “We’re also pleased that this new facility created additional local jobs.”
The travel center includes more than 5,000 parts on hand, representing almost $1 million in inventory. In addition, Guaranty has access to more than 50,000 parts from the online store. Onsite offerings also include RV lifestyle clothing and accessories, a 3,000-square-foot convenience store, RV rental service, propane sales, free overnight parking and RV service — along with a laundry facility and, for RVers traveling with their pets, a dog groomer.
“At the end of the day, we want to provide as much value to our customers as possible. Even as we kick off this innovative, new facility, we’re exploring options that will provide even greater benefits to our fellow RV enthusiasts. All I can say right is now is that they’re very exciting,” added Becky Smith, marketing director.
Guaranty RV is a premier dealer for brands such as Newmar, Winnabago, Northwood, Jayco and R-Vision. The dealership also provides a full-service RV facility with ASE and RVDA/RVIA master-certified technicians and OEM parts and accessories for all makes and models of recreational vehicles.
Junction City, Ore.-based Guaranty RV Super Centers announced Thursday (June 2) it had achieved Platinum Service Dealer Status from RV manufacturer Newmar Corp., Nappanee, Ind.
Guaranty is the only dealer on the West Coast to receive this important rating — and one of only 10 RV dealers nationwide.
“We’re very proud of this distinction,” said Herb Nill, Guaranty RV owner. “We strive to provide the best service we can to our customers and it is always nice to be recognized for our efforts. We want to make sure we continue providing a high level of service so we can re-qualify each year for this Platinum designation.”
To qualify for the Newmar award, a dealership must meet a stringent list of requirements — including having a CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) score of 90% or above, pass tough facility evaluations, have a commitment to training and employ a certain percentage of technicians who are RVIA certified and or RVIA master certified.
Having the Platinum Service designation allows Guaranty to receive additional benefits provided by Newmar that they can pass on to their customers. “Excellent customer service is one of the most important values we hold…. and those values also help guide the choice of dealers who represent us,” stated Newmar Corp. in a release.
