Nappanee, Ind.-based Gulf Stream Coach Inc. will be debuting two new 23-foot floorplans in its VISA lightweight travel trailer line during next week’s Elkhart County RV Open House.
According to a press release, the new models are equipped with VISA’s aerodynamic roof that extends from the front frame to the rear bumper in a single piece of vacuum-bonded laminated fiberglass to reduce drag and eliminate leak-prone corners, seams and joints. Both models also use the unique VISA frame that provides a lower profile on the exterior while still offering a generous 82 inches of interior headroom for a spacious, open feel.
The 23RSD is a non-slide mobile suite with a roomy, easy-entry L-shaped dinette and convertible bunks. The 23BDS expands living space with an electric slide for its large U-shaped dinette and features a full-width rear bath that has the largest counter area of any VISA floorplan.
“Our dealers continue to rave about the retail performance of the VISA brand,” said Tim Dennig, national sales manager for Gulf Stream’s lightweight division. “Prospects drive hundreds of miles and line up at shows just to get a look inside – and they love what they see.”
Dennig reported that VISA has added more than two dozen new dealers in the past few months.
All VISA models feature European-inspired interior design and premium-quality appointments. New for 2013 are enlarged outside pass-through storage doors, a larger under-bed storage space, stylish new exterior graphics, an all-new palette of rich, durable fabrics, an optional bumper-mounted quick-connect gas grill and an optional power patio awning.
