Kaddy Kruiser Unveils Thunder Truck Camper

Topeka, Ind.-based Kaddy Kruiser RV introduces the new “Thunder” truck camper. This high-end truck camper comes complete with with gel coat fiberglass exterior, a dinette and refrigerator full wall slideout, dry bath with toilet, sink and shower and a fully enclosed basement with a long storage drawer, according to a news release. For all-seasons use, the fresh water and waste tanks are fully enclosed and kept warm by the ducted heating system. The bed area in the cabover includes a padded bedroom ceiling, 60-inch-by-80-inch mattress, night stands, reading lights, wardrobe cabinets and deep foot lockers. The kitchen features hardwood stained maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a double-bowl sink with high-rise faucet and pantry. It also comes s andard with an AM/FM/CD/DVD Player with IPod docking station with indoor and outdoor speakers. More storage is provided with slide out drawers and exterior storage under the dinette seats. This  model is designed for a short box truck but will soon be available for a long box truck. MSRP: $25,900.

Kaddy Kruiser Unveils Thunder Lite Toy Hauler

Kaddy Kruiser RV is introducing the “Thunder Lite” travel trailer toy hauler at this week’s 47th Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.

The Thunder Lite is an expanded offering from the original Thunder fifth-wheel which was introduced at the 2008 Louisville Show, according to a press release from the Topeka, Ind.-based company. While similar to the Thunder, the Thunder Lite is a sport utility travel trailer. This product is highlighted by a high-end graphics package on gelcoat sidewalls and lighted front fiberglass caps with features including aluminum wheels, tinted windows, electric awning, indoor and outdoor entertainment systems including stereo/CD/DVD/Ipod docking stations and TV.

The interior features two interior choices of rich maple finish cabinets or modern gray diamond cabinets with black onyx doors. Both interiors have lighted cabinet and satin nickel hardware fixtures and residential furnishings. These mid-line, fiberglass-and-aluminum toy haulers are offered in floorplans ranging from 26 to 36 feet with MSRPs starting in the mid $20,000.

Kaddy Kruiser RV Debuts Summer Suite for 2010

Kaddy Kruiser RV is introducing the Summer Suite line of lightweight aluminum-framed fifth-wheels and travel trailers. The Summer Suite is one of two new product offerings from the Topeka, Ind.-based RV maker this model year. The Summer Suite fifth-wheels (shown at left) range from 23 to 30 feet and travel trailers range from 23 to 32 feet with starting MSRP’s in the low $20,000s. Summer Suite  standard features include gel coat sidewalls, front fiberglass cap, aluminum wheels, electric awning, stereo with CD/DVD, I Pod docking station and interior and exterior speakers. Kaddy Kruiser RV has enjoyed growth this year and is looking forward continued growth in 2010, according to a press release.

Kaddy Kruisers Are Now ‘Green’ Certified by NTA

Kaddy Kruiser RV’s products are now certified by third-party inspector NTA  as having met all the requirements necessary to be classified as a “green” manufacturer, the Topeka, Ind-based manufacturer of travel trailers and fifth-wheels announced in a  news release.

This extensive certification process involved developing production systems to which Kaddy Kruiser RV uses green materials in the construction of its products, limits waste by recycling materials and provides opportunities for its employees and customers to reduce waste and carbon emissions.

This certification is evidenced by the green label from the third-party inspection and is affixed to the exterior of the trailer.
