Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp. announced it will be displaying key models from its complete product lineup at this year’s Sand Sports Super Show, Sept. 19-21 at the Orange County Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, Calif.
“This show is the unofficial kickoff to the desert recreation season in the Southwest,” said Bob Rogers, director of marketing for the Lancaster, Calif.-based builder. “This show is where desert and off-road enthusiasts come to check out what’s new for the year and get fired up for the upcoming season.
“The toy hauler was invented and continues to be refined here in California and we are excited to be showing off our newest models, including the 2612 (which easily accommodates the RZR 4EP 1K) at the show this year, along with our 2015 truck campers and ultralight travel trailers.”
Lance products will be featured in the Richardson’s RV display.
Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp. today (Sept. 9) announced significant enhancements to its 2015 truck camper lineup.
The Lancaster, Calif.-based company reported that on the exterior, the most obvious change is the all-new graphics, done in tasteful tones of copper, maroon, beige, grey and blue, and designed to match today’s most popular truck colors.
Other significant exterior enhancements include available power side awning with LED lighting and keyless entry system w/key fob, while dual pane windows have been made standard on all models. Remote battery charging ports are also standard on most models.
Interiors feature three all-new designer decors with reversible cushions in the U-shaped dinette that offer two distinctive looking decors. Other additions include fabric wrapped and radius pull-out storage drawers in the dinette and an all-new slideout fascia design.
Rounding out the list of standard interior enhancements are USB charging ports in the bedroom area and a new bluetooth compatible audio system. Model-specific interior changes include a standard privacy door on the 1172 and a 24-inch TV on the 855S and 1050S truck campers.
The new models will be on display along with Lance’s upgraded travel trailers and toy haulers at the annual Elkhart County RV Open House, Sept. 16-18.

On the exterior, the distinctive gray color coordinated front nose cap now features a large dual pane, tempered dark tinted radius window, as well as a aerodynamic lower gravel guard made of super tough TPO with integrated battery tray and hitch light. The LP cover and electric tongue jack are black and the exterior sports all-new graphics and gray wheel skirts along with a lateral arm power awning with LED lighting. Also, a keyless entry w/key fob is now available on all models.
On the inside, Lance offers three new designer decors featuring reversible cushions in the U-shaped dinette that offer two distinctive looking decors. Other additions include a residential styled overhead LED light along with fabric wrapped pull-out storage drawers in the dinette. Rounding out the interior enhancements are standard LED mood lighting in the bedroom area, a new bluetooth compatible audio system, dual pane windows and available 15,000 Btu air conditioner.

Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp. announced the official launch of their all-new retail product app, designed for all Windows 8-based devices.
Gary Conley, national sales manager, said in a press release, “The app is designed to provide the retail salesperson and Lance customers, no matter where they are, the latest information on Lance Camper Mfg. Corp., our products and our services, and ultimately help customers ‘Discover The Lance Difference’.”
Designed to be used on any Windows 8 touch-screen device including tablets, PCs and larger monitors, the Lance Camper product app is built using the Windows 8 platform, the most common platform for laptop devices in use today and also used in some mobile and tablet devices. Versions for use on other devices, including Apple and Android hardware, will be developed in the future, the company said.
“This easy-to-use app is a natural extension of the lancecamper.com website by providing Lance product information including the latest model floorplans, standard- and optional-feature information and images, full product specifications and Lance Look décor images” said Bob Rogers, marketing director. “It also features our very informative and popular Factory Tour video, detailed information on Lance’s key features like the Four Seasons All Weather Package, Lance Eco Green Certified, two-year limited warranty and LanceLock construction.”
But the Lance Camper app’s best feature, the company said, might just be its price, which is free. Conley added, “Lance has invested significantly in this app and knows it will help our dealers close more business, so we want it in every Lance sales professional’s hands. It’s that simple.”
Additionally, to help get the new app into dealership staff’s hands, for a limited time, Lance is adding eligible hardware purchases to their industry leading co-op marketing program.

Production has started on the second floorplan in Lance Manufacturing Corp.’s new toy hauler lineup, which launched earlier this year. Lance reported in a written release that the new 2612 will be hitting dealers’ lots this week.
The full-featured 2612 boasts a 12-foot-2-inch cargo bay, which easily accommodates today’s full-sized four place side-by-sides, and sleeps eight people. Standard features include: air conditioning, 100-gallon fresh water tank, 40-gallon fuel station, electric 20-foot side and 7-foot rear awning with LED accent lighting, aluminum wheels, frameless dark tint windows, residential cabinet construction with hardwood doors, removable carpet kit, microwave, fiberglass front cap with LED accent lighting and pillowtop master suite mattress.
Optional equipment includes: keyless entry, 4K Onan generator, central vacuum system, premium Kicker stereo system w/subwoofer, 32-inch LCD flat-screen monitor, auto-tracking satellite dish, 160-watt solar panel, ramp door railing system, roof rack system, pull-out storage tray and enclosed, and heated and insulated holding tanks.

Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp. announced a partnership with Sawyer Motorsports and motocross rider Tanner Sawyer.
The Lancaster, Calif.-based company reported in a press release that the relationship is designed to promote its recently introduced toy hauler lines. Tanner is a local professional currently campaigning a Honda CRF450 on the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship outdoors series.

According to a press release, Rogers brings 25 years of marketing, sales and product background to Lance, including experience in the automotive, RV and motorsports industries with Nissan, Fleetwood RV Inc. and Kawasaki.

Lance Camper Manufacturing Corp. announced that it is the recipient of two separate Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Awards for 2013.
According to a press release, the Lancaster, Calif.-based company was honored with the prestigious award for both its truck camper and travel trailer lines. Lance will be presented with the award on Dec. 2 during the RVDA Dealer Reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel the evening before the opening of the National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.
