With the final numbers in from the recently completed Louisville Show, Cruiser RV LLC reported that the Howe, Ind.-based builder notched record sales.
“We all had high expectations going into the show based on the year Cruiser RV had in 2011,” said Jay Mohamed, vice president of sales and marketing, in a press release. “We were confident our current brands would do well, and they outdid our expectations, as did our new Enterra line.
“Our regional managers worked very hard leading up to the show and the hard work was evident as they were all able to close major markets for all of our lines. We like to say Louisville is a good indicator of what the coming year has in store for us. If so, 2012 will be another record year for Cruiser RV.”
Cruiser RV recently added a second production facility located six miles south of its Howe facility. The expansion added 30% production capacity from previous levels at the Howe plant, which builds the Fun Finder X, Fun Finder XTRA and Shadow Cruiser lightweight towable brands. The new plant is producing the ViewFinder and Enterra line introduced at Louisville.
“The increased production capacity will allow Cruiser RV to keep our lead times down and enable our dealers to maximize their sales on our products,” said Mohamed, noting the company would be participating in the upcoming slate of spring shows.
