To better showcase its range of products and communicate with customers more effectively, MaxxAir recently updated its website. According to a press release, the new site, www.MaxxAir.com, features even better organization so users can find the right ventilation solution for their RV.

With clear, colorful photos, current and potential customers can more accurately view the company’s products. A “News” section keeps viewers informed on the company and its ventilation solutions, while a “Facebook Updates” section lets users explore and interact with the company through social media.

For manufacturers, the MaxxAir website features an OEM tab. The section highlights the company’s products and provides more specifications for builders.

To gain more knowledge on any product, users can download literature directly from the site.

Headquartered in Wichita, Kan., MaxxAir is a division of Airxcel Inc. offering an array of ventilation fans and vent covers for RVs and enclosed trailers. Its product line also includes rain-free covers that retrofit over many brands of ventilation fans.

MaxxAir Fan: Twin Lifting Aims Prevent Flutter

March 1, 2010 by · Leave a Comment

MaxxAir ventMaxxAir’s new MaxxFan Standard models not only provide exceptional ventilation, but feature twin lifting arms to prevent the lid from fluttering in high winds or when driving. The MaxxFan Standard models offer a flush-mounted, easy-to-clean keypad, which controls the 10-speed fan motor, thermostat, air intake and exhaust functions. Providing 900 cubic feet of air per minute to keep the rig’s cabin cool and comfortable, the fans can also operate with the lid closed to circulate air in ceiling fan mode. With a simple-to-remove interior insect screen, owners simply rotate the four retaining knobs to remove the screen for cleaning. No tools are required. The MaxxFan Standard models feature a powerful, fuse-protected 12-volt fan motor and a 12-inch, 10-blade fan. Their lids close securely for a low-profile appearance. Fitting all standard 14-inch by 14-inch roof openings, they come with all mounting screws and hardware for straightforward installation. They also include waterproof, molded mounting holes for use when installing MaxxAir vent covers. The MaxxAir MaxxFan Standard is available in two models, the 4000K and the 4500K. The 4000K has a white, manual-open lid, while the 4500K has a smoke-tinted, electric-open lid. The 4500K also includes a rain sensor, which automatically closes the lid when it rains and protects the RV’s interior. The MaxxAir MaxxFan Standard 4000K retails for $229.95, while the 4500K costs $299.95. Both come with a two-year limited warranty and a lifetime limited warranty on the lid. Contact MaxxAir Vent Corp., 5513 W. Sligh Ave., Tampa, FL 33634, USA.  (800) 780-9893; Fax: (813) 876-2550.
