RVDA Seeking Exhibitors for Virtual Expo

January 17, 2011 by · Leave a Comment

RVDA Virtual Expo logo Here are some key points on the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association’s (RVDA) first-ever Virtual  Expo, coming up March 15-17 on the Internet.

In an e-mail to potential exhibitors, RVDA said the expo will:

  • Let RV dealers discover your products, services and solutions, virtually and inexpensively.
  • Provide an online environment that’s dynamic, multi-dimensional, interactive and highly informative.
  • Give exhibitors information about all the RV dealers registered and especially your leads of RV dealers visiting your booth. You’ll be able to sort the data to fit your needs.
  • Create a beautifully rendered three-dimensional booth environment.
  • Give exhibitors the ability to post a wide range of content, from video and audio to downloads and live links, along with “Live Chats.”
  • Give RV dealers keyword searchability for all content, including video and audio based on the RV dealer’s personal preference selections.
  • Provide a standard booth with two nodes, one for contact information and one for presentations and downloads/links.
  • Allow exhibitors to buy up to six additional nodes/screens for $500 each.
  • Allow exhibitors to buy a meeting room; call for availability.

“This is a marketing opportunity you cannot afford to miss if you want to be seen. Sign up now so your staff can be ready for training on Jan. 28,” RVDA stated.
