Go RVing’s Facebook page is surging in popularity with the site now boasting more than 30,000 registered fans, thanks in large part to a new Go RVing advertising buy on the popular social media site designed to recruit new fans.
The effort is also helping generate consumer leads with more than 700 new Go RVing Facebook fans clicking through to www.GoRVing.com to visit the site and order the introductory video, according to a news release.
The Go RVing ads appear on the news feeds of specifically-targeted Facebook users, age 25-49, who have indicated an interest in RVing or other related topics such as family travel, road trips, or national parks. The ad buy, which began in March, is expected to generate nearly 50,000 clicks through September.
Meanwhile, the interactivity of fans has also skyrocketed since the launch of the campaign with 21,700 active monthly users (a 188% rise); 1,500 users posting feedback (a 174% increase); and nearly 15,000 new “likes” (an astonishing 2,673% gain).
