The Toronto Fall RV Show and Sale is kicking off today and running through Oct. 14 at the Congress Centre, according to a press release.
“The Toronto Fall RV Show and Sale is a great place to engage local RV experts who can offer tips and tricks for a fun and easy getaway,” says Emily Reid, Go RVing Canada spokesperson. “Canadians are always looking for affordable vacation options and RV shows offer a variety of cost saving ideas.”
Reid said the show also provides an excellent time to buy an RV with reports indicating prices have remained stable at record-lows amid economic uncertainty and a strong Canadian dollar. In the first quarter of the year, RV sales were up 13% nationally.
“We recently released the results of a survey conducted by PKF Consulting that reported that the cost savings can be as much as 78% when choosing an RV vacation over other types of family vacation, regardless of trip duration, distance, or location,” said Reid. “The savings have increased 3% since the original study conducted in 2009.”
