The state-of-the-art building will house several corporate departments, including accounting, customer service, engineering, human resources, IT, marketing, purchasing and technical service, according to a news release. Manufacturing will remain in Lodi, Calif.

Earlier this year, the management team of Valley Towing Systems – comprising industry leaders with decades of towing experience – purchased the company from its former parent owner, Thule.
