Leading international battery supplier Trojan Battery Co., in conjunction with its Australian distributor Alco Battery Sales, will be using the World RV Conference 2015 in Melbourne to launch new products to the international marketplace.
According to a press release, Trojan is the second global company to support the event following Dometic Corp. stepping up as presenting partner for the event, which is being hosted by Caravan Industry Association of Australia from Feb. 25-27, 2015.
With registrations opening this month, 175 “expressions of interest” have been received from international delegates since the conference website went live. Twelve delegates from countries such as the United States, Denmark, New Zealand and Australia have already registered taking advantage of heavily discounted early-bird rates.
Caravan Industry Association of Australia CEO Stuart Lamont is excited by the strong demand received to date for what will be the third running of the event.
“There is a real thirst for the industry to meet to understand how we can work together to lift standards, discuss emerging trends, and to share learnings in what is an ever increasing globalised marketplace,” he said. “The Trojan sponsorship will be just the first of a number of sponsor announcements expected over the coming month showcasing just how important the World RV Conference is to the international RV calendar.”
Founded in 1925, Trojan Battery is one of the world’s leading manufacturer of deep-cycle batteries, spanning a range of applications including recreational vehicles.
