Airxcel Inc. announced that it has acquired Aqua Hot Heating Systems Inc., a provider of hydronic heating systems to the RV Industry for 34 years.
According to a press release, Frederick, Colo.-based Aqua Hot's heating systems are designed for larger fifth-wheels and Class A motorhomes, providing users quiet, comfortable interior heat and unlimited water heating, while adding thousands of dollars in added value.
Through the acquisition, Aqua Hot joins RV Products, Suburban, Dicor Corp. and MCD as part of Airxcel’s RV Group.

This addition to the Airxcel stable of market leading brands like Coleman-Mach, Maxxair, Suburban, CAN, MCD and Dicor adds real value to all our customer segments” said Jeff Rutherford, Airxcel president and CEO.
