Escapees Heads to Wyoming for 2020 Escapade (2/8/2019)
Story by RVBusiness
In June 2020, members of the Escapees RV Club will gather in Rock Springs, Wyo., for Escapade, an annual rally offering five days of education, community, and entertainment.
According to a press release, Escapees hosts one large event each year that brings together members from all over the world. RVers of all kinds, from those who travel in luxurious Class A motorhomes to those who prefer towable teardrop trailers, are welcome at Escapade. With seminars that cover a wide variety of RVing-related topics, there is something for everyone, including those who haven’t yet bought their first RV.
Escapade directors Duane and Jean Mathes said they chose Rock Springs as the site for the 2020 event for a number of reasons.
“There are quite a few activities and adventures to be had in Rock Springs and the surrounding areas,” explained the Mathes. Attractions include Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge, Fossil Butte National Monument, wild horses, multiple golf courses, and historical features such as the White Mountain petroglyphs and several historical landmarks and museums.
Registration for the 2020 Escapade will open in Fall 2019. In the meantime, check out this year’s event at www.escapees.com/escapade
