Industry Vet Mike Peterson Retires from Nexus RV (2/6/2019)
Story by RVBusiness
Nexus RV, a full line manufacturer of luxury motorhomes, announced the retirement of Mike Peterson, a 40-year veteran of the industry.
Currently, Peterson served as vice president of the Class A product lineup for Nexus RV. Previously, he was the sales manager of the Berkshire Forest River diesel products and was a shareholder for Damon Motorhomes prior to the sale to Thor industries.
“In our brief time having Mike on board we were able to make some great changes in our Class A products. He has such a vast knowledge of this type of products and he knows so many dealers and vendors,” stated Nexus Chairman Claude Donati in a press release. “We wish him the best, as he has earned it.”
“The RV industry has been such a great industry for me as I have cherished many great friendships and I have been blessed with being part of so many great companies,” said Peterson. “Starting in the 1970’s and working through many ups and downs and watching our industry improve makes me proud to be part of the RV world.”
Peterson has plans to live part time in the state of Florida.
