Liberty Outdoors will debut the beta version of its new Micro Max and Camp Rover at the March 12-14 RVX: The RV Experience in Salt Lake City, Utah.
According to a press release, the Camp Rover offers an optional flip-down upper bunk bed with a ladder that converts into a safety rail. Although built as a true camping trailer, the Camp Rover will still offer standard features including a full kitchen, wet bath with seamless shower surround, A/C, quick recovery water heater and ample storage including a 13-by-30-inch exterior pass-through baggage door.
The Camp Rover measures 21 feet long by seven feet wide, has an internal height of 6-foot, 7 inches and weighs 2,900 pounds. As with all Little Guy trailers, optional Rough Rider packages with off-road tires including spare and 2-inch lift as well as solar panels are available.
The smaller Micro Max weight in at 1,700 pounds, has an overall height and width of 6 feet, 6 inches and a length of 16 feet, 3 inches. Although the footprint may be small, the amenities include 100% hardwood cabinetry with dovetail construction, a full kitchen, Thetford porta-potty, 19-inch TV with swing arm mount, custom double bed, entertainment center, interior speakers, custom pillow top mattress, under bed storage, A/C, and quick recovery water heater.
Other units showcased at RVX include The Little Guy Max and Mini Max. The Mini Max weighs just under 2,000 pounds with 6-foot interior height. Weighing in at 3,140 pounds, the Max comes standard with deluxe features, a refined exterior style and 6 feet, 7 inches of interior height. The Max’s versatile cabin space incorporates materials to sleep and live comfortably, with ample storage and charging outlets to innovative entertainment features and LED lighting.
Coming in 2020 will be the relaunch of Liberty’s Serro Scotty Sportsman trailer — a sportier version version of the Serro Scotty trailer. The all-new Sportsman will feature the classic 1960s look with modern amenities and top-grade build quality. Although Sportsman won’t be shown appearance at RVX, it is available for dealer review post-show.
AKTV8 and MORryde, in partnership with Keystone RV, debuted the iFlex SMARTryde suspension system at RVX. It's an air-ride suspension for towable RVs, similar to what you'd find on a motorhome.
