Rob Kolean Joins Truma as Head of Service
Truma has appointed Rob Kolean, as head of service for its North American headquarters in Elkhart, Ind., the company announced in a release. Since 1972, Truma has built a best-in-class service network throughout Europe and is continuing that tradition in North America.
A commitment to its partners and customers is part of Truma’s rich history and core values, the release stated, and Kolean will bolster that commitment as the company continues to grow its Truma Mobile Service fleet and as it opens a new North American headquarters in Elkhart later this year, which will include a full Truma Sales and Service Center.

The next generation of Millennial customers will expect an even better service experience than past generations. Kolean has a degree in business management from Cornerstone University. He recently worked for a supplier in Elkhart and has more than 15 years’ experience in operations, customer service and sales management in both the auto and RV industries.
